What are the dates of the summit?
Tuesday & Wednesday, March 5-6, 2024.
Where will the summit take place?
The summit will take place at the Rubell Museum, 65 I Street SW, Washington, DC 20024.
Where can I find the latest agenda?
The latest agenda will be posted to the summit website.
Do I need an invitation to attend?
Yes, an invitation from the IMLS is required. Please do not share your invitation with others.
Can I transfer my invitation to a colleague?
Invitations are not transferrable. However, if you would like a colleague to participate in your place, please send an inquiry to: registrar@cmpinc.net. Please provide their name, position title, and email address. Someone from the planning team will respond quickly to confirm availability.
Is there a fee to attend the summit?
There is no cost to attend. However, as mentioned above, the meeting is by invitation only.
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by completing the RSVP form. You will need the passcode that was included in your invitation.
Will catering be provided at the summit?
We anticipate providing a light breakfast, beverage breaks, and lunch each day. When completing the RSVP form, please be sure to note any dietary restrictions.
Will my expenses be covered?
The IMLS will cover the cost of airfare, hotel accommodations, local transportation, and per diem (less the cost of catering provided at the meeting). Instructions for booking travel and details about hotel accommodations will be sent to confirmed attendees shortly after they RSVP.
When will I receive my hotel confirmation?
All out-of-town participants will receive their hotel confirmation and other final logistics details one week prior to the summit. Your hotel arrival and departure dates will be based on the arrival/departure pattern of your travel itinerary.
Will the summit be available to virtual participants?
We are not planning to live stream the summit.
